Owner/Groomer/Mama

Katie Stalder

Katie has been working hands-on with companion animals for over 20 years. She holds a AAS in Veterinary Medical Technology and a certification in Fear-Free animal handling. As a licensed veterinary technician, she spent over 10 years working in various veterinary hospitals, as well as 4+ years at a no-kill rescue shelter. Since May 2021, she has groomed hundreds of different pets in the Groom Room of her home in Guilford, VT.

Jacob Stalder

Jacob has been working diligently to help our boarding and daycare dogs feel at home and enriched during their stay. He brings over 10 years of business management experience as well as general carpentry and handy skills. The dogs tell his truth when the most nervous, man-averse pups, crawl right into his lap. His calming energy, kindness and steadfast reliability make him a favorite person among our regular boarding dogs.

Amy Wood

Amy brings over 20 years of vet tech experience and holds a Bachelors of Science. She’s a mother of three lovely girls and teaches farming skills at the local elementary school. Amy’s animal handling skills, dependability and honest warmth makes any busy grooming day a breeze! She also enjoys crocheting animal figures!

Tracy Clark

Tracy’s unparalleled calming energy puts all of the nervous kitties and anxious doggies hearts’ at ease. She keeps the shop looking tip top daily and we couldn’t operate without her! Tracy also has a fondness for skunks and takes gorgeous wildlife photos!
